A number of shooters have expressed interest in an RO II course. Cariboo Lefty has offered to hold one at the SASS Canadian Regional on the Thursday morning September 2, 2010. Shooters at all SASS affiliated matches will benefit greatly from the increased safety awareness level stressed in this course.
Course Outline:
The RO II course provides range officer training in stage timing, safe stage design and posse marshalling. Curriculum includes both classroom and practical instruction. Those who have taken the ROII in the past are strongly encouraged to attend the course for a free refresher. There have been rule changes in the last few years.
